coconut cloud matcha

whisk your matcha.
add 1 lomi matcha sachet to a bowl with a splash of hot water (preferably no more than 80°C).
whisk back and forth, then switch into an m-motion, alternating between the two until smooth, bright, and topped with silky microfoam. set aside.

make the coconut cloud.
in a separate cup, add 1 cloud sachet.
pour in 60–80ml coconut water and froth until thick and creamy.
once frothed, pour your whisked matcha into the cloud and gently combine until fully mixed.

build the drink.
fill your glass with ice and pour in coconut water until the glass is about two-thirds full.

crown it.
spoon your coconut cloud matcha mixture on top… let it drip or keep it clean.

serve.
stir for balance or sip layered for that soft, green moment.
