drag cloud matcha
whisk your matcha.
add 1 lomi matcha sachet to a bowl with a splash of hot water (preferably no more than 80°C).whisk back and forth, then switch into an m-motion, alternating between the two until smooth, bright, and topped with silky microfoam. set aside.
make the drag cloud.
in a separate cup, add 1 cloud sachet + 1 drag sachet.
Pour in 60–80ml milk and froth until thick, glossy and hot-pink.
build the drink.
fill your glass with ice, pour in your milk of choice, then gently pour your matcha on top for that clean, layered look.
crown it.
spoon the drag cloud over the top...you can let it drip down the side for drama, or keep it clean for a neat finish.
serve.
stir for balance… or keep the layers if you're in your aesthetic era.
