matcha espresso
whisk your matcha.
add 1 lomi matcha sachet to a bowl with a splash of hot water (preferably no more than 80°C).
whisk back and forth, then switch into an m-motion, alternating until smooth, bright, and topped with microfoam.
prep your cup.
fill your cup two-thirds full with hot water.
add sweetness (optional).
add a pump or dash of your chosen syrup… or leave it pure.
pour the matcha.
gently pour your microfoamed matcha into the cup.
finish.
dust a tiny bit of matcha powder on top for that espresso look.
