whisk your matcha.
add 1 lomi matcha sachet per person to a bowl with a splash of hot water (preferably under 80°C).
whisk back and forth, then switch into an m-motion, alternating until smooth, bright, and topped with microfoam. set aside.

steam your milk.
pour the milk into a jug and steam until hot and frothy.

build the drink.
pour the matcha in first, then add rose syrup.
pour in your steamed milk, and finish off with some latte art if you're profesh

finish.
sprinkle with rose petals.

serve.
sip with friends while yapping or romanticising your life.
