cola matcha float

whisk your matcha.
add 1 lomi matcha sachet to a bowl with a splash of hot water (preferably no more than 80°C).
whisk back and forth, then switch into an m-motion, alternating between the two until smooth, bright, and topped with silky microfoam. set aside.

make the cloud.
in a separate cup, add 1 cloud sachet.
pour in 60–80ml cola (we don’t mind if it’s coca-cola or pepsi) and froth until thick and creamy.
once frothed, pour your whisked matcha into the cloud and gently combine until fully mixed.

build the drink.
fill your glass with ice and pour in cola until the glass is about two-thirds full.

crown it.
spoon your lomi cloud matcha mixture on top…let it drip for chaos or keep it neat.

serve.
stir for balance or sip layered for that fizzy green moment.
