rose matcha latte
whisk your matcha.
add 1 lomi matcha sachet to a bowl with a splash of hot water (preferably under 80°C).
whisk back and forth, then switch into an m-motion, alternating until smooth, bright, and topped with microfoam. set aside.
whisk your cloud.
in a separate cup, add 1 cloud sachet.
pour in 60–80ml milk and froth until thick and creamy.
build the drink.
add rose syrup to your glass, then fill with ice.
pour in your milk of choice, then gently pour your matcha on top for those clean layers.
finish by spooning the cloud over the top.
finish.
sprinkle dried rose petals over the cloud.
serve.
