salty caz toasty matcha
whisk your matcha.
add 1 lomi matcha sachet to a bowl with a splash of hot water (preferably under 80°C).
whisk back and forth, then switch into an m-motion, alternating until smooth, bright, and topped with microfoam. set aside.
whisk your cloud.
in a separate cup, add 1 cloud sachet.
pour in 60–80ml milk and froth until thick and creamy.
build the drink.
fill your glass with ice, then add salty caz syrup.
pour in your milk of choice, then gently pour your matcha on top for clean layers.
spoon your cloud over the matcha.
toast the marshmallows.
add mini marshmallows on top and toast them with a kitchen torch until golden.
serve.
sip layered or stir for that creamy, salty-sweet moment.
